Payment details and final booking information may be handled by the applicable third-party booking provider or attraction operator. For information held by those providers, you may need to contact them directly.
How to request deletion

Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request
Include:
- Your full name
- The phone number or email address you used to contact NYC Ticket Shop
- A brief description of the information you want deleted
We may ask for reasonable information to verify that the request is yours before acting on it.
What happens next
We will review your request and respond within a reasonable period. If we cannot delete certain information because of legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, or required business records, we will explain that limitation where appropriate.
